Stop function after 7 months

I bought it in June 2019 and it stopped working in January 2020. When I press the light / lock button a long beep began to sound and it restarts. It is necessary to be setting everything from the beginning every time. The User Manual is only in English. The user manual also does not have troubleshooting. The night light is very weak and the time in the dark is not appreciated.
