Regular = size 4 pants.
The size says regular. It will fit perfect if you wear a size 4 pants and under. I wear a Size 5-6, they were very tight, I had to really pull them up to get them on. Sadly that ruined the fabric because they are not very stretchy.

I see you WOW hair products...
2 of 2 found this helpful Used a mini one to try out the product since the original size bottle is expensive. I can see a slight difference in my hair. Very pleased with the result for my first use. I'll have to see how it goes with 2nd and 3rd shampoo. I might by the full bottle if I see even better results after a few uses. Leaves hair feeling natural (doesn't weight it down), non grease formula. Is as if you are spray scented water.

Good but
I love this hoodie. The wings get soft over time, but for the price it is expected. The wings will last a good year if you do not put fabric softer or wash it too much. I tend to keep re- buying this hoodie once the wings are done. I mean, for $9 it is great!
