  USE CAUTION WITH THIS BUYER. She ordered, then canceled next morning saying the boots were damaged. I canceled at her request and sent her closeups of the area she thought was damaged. She wanted to reinstate order. I told her I was hesitant since they were used and I did not think she would be happy since they are not new. All issues were disclosed in listing photos\description. She ordered again. I shipped. Now she wants to return claiming damage that was disclosed in listing.
