It's a crochet hook, a very badly designed one. The well designed one is a Clover crochet hook. The black/gold is Susan Bates, a clunky shovel.
The head is neither 'in line or tapered', it's bulky, clumsy is a good description. The rubber handle is much too far up the shaft making is difficult to grip. It's actually awful. Would NOT recommend the crochet hook to anyone. This is the first Susan Bates hook I've ever purchased, it will be my last. The soft grip handle should cover the thumb/finger grip not be behind it like a hammer handle. Atrocious design

Moo Goo Full Cream.
Beautiful product. It's light, unlike some that are so thick their difficult to apply. It's non greasy, is quickly absorbed into your skin. I love it. Instead of having hand cream, face cream & skin cream, I now have my MooGoo, it's my all in one product 💝

It works. It's a stylus you can't say much about a stylus. They were good value for money.
