Chinese quality is adequate if you are handy.
Mine arrived on time and package was securely packaged. The assembly and quality are lacking a bit. Bolts holding top plate to bag ring were in crooked because assembly must have been made where tighten a few bolts before got rest of bolts in and hole for bolt sloppy to point that lock washers twisted on self due to misalignment. Fixing this was good chance to inspect that center steel cones adequately greased. Ends of pipe where tubing goes through had to be deburred. I think this work is expected for price.
This unit does stand handle straight up, way nicer than the janky 3 position handle. I plan to order a body seam puck, center bolt for rubber will damage stuff if you center the lift on seam.
