Fascinating diary (in two parts)
This book contains the diaries of a Jewish intellectual living in Munich in the years during World War II. (This is the second of two volumes, the first volume covers the pre-War years)) Because Klemperer was married to a non-Jew, he was not sent to a concentration camp, but he and his family endured privation and discrimination.
