Great Machine
1 of 1 found this helpful I was a bit worried with all the comments about how difficult this was to put together, but I’ve really been wanting a good smith machine. Simply put, if you ever enjoyed legos as a kid, then you won’t have any issues assembling this. It’s literally just a giant lego set and the instructions are lego style. Just make sure to do your due diligence. Wait to tighten frame hardware until it’s all assembled. Don’t over tighten pulley mounting hardware. Basic assembly principles. I’m really impressed with how smooth the smith bar is. A lot of machines like this have their weakness in their butterfly portion not being smooth. I’ve had no issue with any cable portion being smooth. Another big plus is that the cable ends and attachments fit my military style d-rings making swapping attachments quick. The only thing I wish it had was a pull-up bar mounted on the front-top-middle. Would be very doable. Overall a great machine if you assemble it properly!
