FM reception not as good
5 of 5 found this helpful FM radio reception was less than what I expected. My older analog radio had better reception. Sound quality was not as good either. Those being said, the clock was nice and it auto adjusted itself to the time zone. The FM radio has digital tuning and has memory to store your favorite stations which were very nice features.

Good product, but ...
2 of 3 found this helpful Installation instructions were good and easy to follow. Had difficulty connecting to the home wi-fi and so upgraded the router to a better one and this seemed to fix the problem. After a few days of use the battery stopped charging even though it was hardwired to the home door bell. After talking to the RIng support and resetting the unit, it seemed to fix the problem. A couple of weeks of use, it reported that the wi-fi signal was weak and soon after the battery level started dropping. Then a few days later, everything was OK and the battery was up to 100%. Hopefully nothing else will go wrong.
