XBOX 360 - SONIC ALL-STARS RACING TRANSFORMED BRAND NEW SEALED

Probably the best cart racer game on the Xbox 360. Can't play Mario Cart? Get this! I even like it better than Mario Cart. Enjoy!

This is A LOT of fun! I'm glad I got it. I might say that I like it better than the several Mario Cart games that I have played in the past (SNES, N64, Gameboy Advance, and Wii). This is still quite quite similar to a Mario Cart game. But whereas Mario Cart tends to kinda "nerf" things to scale the difficulty so that a beginner probably won't come in last, this game WILL beat you and won't hesitate to let you come in dead last. It will definitely humble you! But that said, it should still be fun for beginners. I think that it is a little harder than Mario Cart, so it really provides more game play time over which the game remains challenging. Oh, something unique (I think): the track morphs between laps. For instance, maybe the track "takes damage from a battleship" (or whatever). And now this next lap, there are now new holes in the road, or debris scattered over the track. So now this next lap there are new obstacles, and also new possible paths (maybe shortcuts) for your cart to take. That's kinda cool! And there are "transformation gates" where your vehicle will transform between a cart, a jet, or a boat (whichever would be applicable to the next section of the course). But as I remember, that is also in the Mario Cart for Wii. And the different characters have different strengths and weaknesses. These are shown by a point system, with points distributed across different attributes. For instance, some have more (or less) points devoted to top end speed, or acceleration, or handling, or boost strength, or special ability capability. There are also many different unlockable characters. I like it! It is REALLY colorful and upbeat. It has a bunch of different characters from a bunch of different franchises, so that's kinda funny! I don't know what else to say! It was DEFINITELY money well spent! A++ PS This game disk will play in an Xbox 360 and an Xbox One.
