Dies within a year
1 of 1 found this helpful This Chromebook worked fine while it lasted. No real complaints as far as that goes. My issue with this particular model is that they give out at around a year. I bought two of the exact same model at the same time last October (2020). One gave out in September of this year (2021) and fortunately it was under warranty. We were able to ship it back and have it replaced. Unfortunately, the second one just gave out (November 2021) just a month past the warranty date. They both had the same issue. They were working just fine, then later in the day, they wouldn't power on. We followed all the trouble shooting steps that the warranty-repair guys suggested, but nothing could be done except to send it back. So if you're happy to get a year's worth of use out of it for the price, then this one is for you. If you don't want to be replacing it within a year, keep looking!
