Good build, faulty o-rings
1 of 1 found this helpful Overall, the build quality of the dispenser is excellent. It feels really solid, and the valve turns very smoothly. However, the dispenser weak point is the two cone-shaped silicone o-rings used to seal both sides of the hole. Because they are cone-shaped, they only make contact with the container wall along a single line. No matter how much you tighten the nut that compresses the two sides together, there will always be wobble when handling the spigot, and when there's wobble, the spigot leaks. I had to retain my old o-ring, which was a single piece with lips on both sides of the container, to get this spigot to work well. For reference, my container is made of glass.
