LOVE Asics Gel Craze TR 2s... Unfortunately they've been discontinued by Asics
I absolutely love the Gel Craze TR 2 line because it's been the best fitting active shoe (sneakers, not heels or something fancy I used to wear daily) I've owned overall. This is my 5th pair (2 black, 2 light grey, and 1 electric blue) I'm able to play around with the sizes a little more than others because I have 1 prosthetic leg & that foot doesn't complain if a shoe is too big or too small, lol. The view from the top of the shoe will show a slight flare & that really adds to your overall stability. In my situation, stability keeps me upright and feeling secure in the steps I take. Thank you for the TR 2s, Asics.... but the TR 3s are a 200% NO GO & I've returned every single pair I bought locally.

Vitamatic Melatonin 20mg Fast Dissolve
These work great as long as you don't require a fast dissolving tablet. Once I got through that misleading fact, I had no other trouble using & sleeping while taking the tabs. I literally just swallow the pill whole and it still takes effect. I've taken a picture to reference the size of the melatonin versus an advil. They work well. I'm lucky to get 2-3 hours of sleep on my own & I've noticed an average of 3-5 hours. I know that's not a lot of sleep, but it's doubled my brief encounter with sleep. Good night to everyone.
