Drop isn’t correct
Seller is great!! Product as advertised and shipping was fast! Very well built no information on maintenance should come with at least anti rattle hitch pin for the cost. Weight is very heavy 105 lbs to the door. Only two pins not 3 and sits a little higher than the specs tell you. My last 7.5 drop was perfect for my trailer and really need 9” to make the same as a fixed drop. If I had to do it again I would have purchased the 9” drop but I was worried about bottoming out the bottom ball. Still feel movement but not a big jerk as before. Just make sure you get the correct drop I would go one more than you need. I have four trailer’s and needed 3 different drops so much easier that I have them all in one . I do worry about getting stolen without locking pin or anti rattle pin .
