I’ve been doing it for over 24 years with over 80,000 items successfully shipped. Unfortunately, there is a rare occasion when the Post Office destroys an item. When this occurs, the buyer can get an automatic paid return through the ebay system. A full refund will be issued. This buyer chose not to do this and lied about not leaving negative fb. He said he was going to do any repairs himself. Blocked.

Great company
Intermountain Railways is the gold standard for the industry. Many other companies do as well in many repects but these guys just nail it.
