Great and simple to make.
My African grey absolutely love this food! It's fast and easy to make and provides a nice filling meal for him with next to no mess!

Litter pan/bird bath
I actually got this an alternative for a bird bath for my African grey. It gives him plenty of space to ruffle his feathers in and get clean, even better that it hangs.
