I love it but......
I have owned the older style Carry Speed for many years now. It is durable and very comfortable. I decided to get the newer version because of the different type of strap release and the metal tightening strap. I ended up mixing parts from my old strap with this strap to get my "ideal" strap. The biggest thing for me is the quick disconnect mechanism for the strap release. I really liked the idea of it and it works well. As for durability, the chromed nut on it is already wearing down and now has that coppery look and I've only had the strap for a couple of weeks! This is really poor craftsmanship in my opinion. I realize Carry Speed had to swtich to factories in China and can no longer sell in the USA because of some bizarre copyright infringement with Black Rapid, but for this price, there is no excuse for cutting corners with something as obvious as the quick release mechanism. I hope it stays tight and working properly or I could lose my gear! The old model had a knurled steel knob you had to unscrew to release the strap from the camera. It looks the same as it did the day I bought it. But this new design, even though I think it is better and faster than the old style knob, has lost its luster in a short time. CS could have chromed it more or just not chromed it at all as it looks cheaper now. The strap has been redesigned and feels much stiffer than the original but the more I wear it, the more I like it.
All in all, I think it is still the best designed camera strap out there but am disappointed with the cheap chrome coating of the new quick disconnect knob. Also, the metal part that connects to the knob and strap is much bulkier than the previous model. For my custom plate, this gets in the way. It may be fine for others.

Lots of light for 60 watts
I ordered these from one seller and got them quickly. I ordered a second set from another seller and got ripped off! I should have known since that seller had no feedback. The set I did get are made well and work great. They do slightly blink when power is turned on or cycles on and off with my laser printer or the bathroom heater but so did my CFL bulbs so no big deal. They start out a little brighter and then tone down to the 60 watts but it is pleasing to the eye. They definitely don't get hot to the touch like CFLs and I am assuming won't short out and burn when they die like CFLs do! I would recommend these for saving money and they fit all current light fixtures just like an ordinary bulb would.

Works great!
A lot simpler to operate than I thought. My first batch did not come out so good but not because of the cooker. That worked perfectly. My recipe was not too good. Next time will be better! The chicken did come out very tender and juicy however. It was very easy to clean once I was done and filtered the oil into a jar for next time. It is really sad that these were taken off the market. If you follow the instructions, there is no danger whatsoever of the cooker blowing up.
