Precision Yoga : Exactly what is describes -Precision
1 of 1 found this helpful All of the Method DVD's are wonderful. Jennifer Kries is a great teacher. This DVD really stretches your body and teaches excellent form. It starts out very simply but by the end of the work out your definately ready to quit! I would recommend any of the videos with Jennifer as the teacher! Her style is very laid back and encouraging. With her background in Ballet she teaches perfect form and maximum flexability.

Fantastic product
This is an amazing nightcream. Perfect for women who are aging and need a rich and nutrient dense cream. As a retired make up artist I can highly recommend this product and any other from this excellent line.
