Octapad not as described
0 of 2 found this helpful Upon arrival, Several screws were missing out of the bottom the unit that clearly shows signs of tampering. upon further inspection, I realize that two of the pads on the far left side were not functioning as intended. They both triggered regardless of which pad was pressed and this definitely impairs the function of the unit.
Professional inspection of the unit showed that there was clear signs of moisture damage on both the circuitboard inside and the switches that control the pads.
In addition to the pads malfunctioning, the menu dial does not function as well, making it impossible to factory reset or calibrate the unit. The product was displayed as 100% working with no signs of damage. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product.
