Classy Rube Goldberg piece of art

It generally looks classy and is a work of art - in a Rube Goldberg sort of way. But the units feels heavy and clunky. Buttons are in all the wrong places and integrating with a non-B&O system is not trivial. It works as expected now, but I worry for the day critical features quit working and there is no repair recourse other than blogs or independent repair shops. But hey, I'm now part and parcel of the Bang & Olufsen cult.
