This does help, and is a lot easier and cheaper than going to a therapist
I was thrilled when I discovered this tool is available OTC. My PTs have always used it to my advantage. I can put it on any time for as long as I want. I do feel that it is more effective if I use it once a day (I like bedtime) rather than doing it several times a day. Some kind of immunity is developed? Who knows. Once a day is great.

It might work for you. It might not.
I really like the idea of the interchangeable panels since I ride sometimes when it is 90F and sometimes 20F.
What I don't like is the bulge on the side of the helmet right where the strap attaches. Because of this bulge my glasses do not fit well. The bulge pushes them down so I have to tilt my head back farther to see, resulting in a tired sore neck. I wear prescription glasses and so can't change to another pair that might fit better. Besides, they fit with my last three helmets.
Lastly, can't anyone make a nice yellow helmet? Not neon yellow, just a nice yellow. Mavic, I guess.

Not much can go wrong and these are great.
