Dylan reference and all, this is a great live record!
The Dylan lyric quote referred to in the description is:
"Oh, jewels and binoculars hang from the head of the mule
But these visions of Johanna, they make it all seem so cruel"
This is not a cruel album at all, but one of the essential live rock albums of all time. It really captures the spirit of the '69 tour prior to Altamont.
Mick Taylor's fat single note leads and slide work, jamming along with Keith's rhythm playing is a joy to hear on this disc.
(Now if the Stones can only release "Ladies and Gentlemen, The Rolling Stones", from the '72 tour, we'll really be able to hear Mick Taylor at his peak.)

Delivered as promised
Sealed, new in the shrink wrap.
This "Betty Board" soundboard mix is clean as any multitrack live recording. It may or may not be the
Tapers' "Holy Grail", but it is an excellent example of this Grateful Dead era.
