Proof- Coin in FIVE OUNCE .999 Fine Silver
2 of 3 found this helpful This unusually beautiful privately minted version of the choice "walking Liberty" design, is cast in the handy five "troy" ounce size. If American Eagles are your chosen favorite "collector silver" round, then why not invest in a "proof style" five ounce round ? I was pleased at the "mint sealed" proof's beautiful detailing. The price was at "rock-bottom" minted silver cost - I recommend this choice to "silver savers" and coin collectors alike !

Heavy Duty Tanto designed for rugged use and fast deployment
The new Rogue River tactical tanto blade knife is designed with heavy use in mind. The attached pocket clip is located "point down" to help quick out of pocket deployment become a natural movement. This spring-assist model can be opened easily with one hand. The thick spine of the blade makes this model hard to break, while the hollow ground blade makes it easy to resharpen after much use. The blade comes sharp. The handle material is the "fiber-plastic" G-10 material that has grooves located to help locate the thumb stud and knife center for easy pocket removal. I would give the knife a five star for ruggedness. The extra weight could be a problem for climbers and hikers. Heavy duty means additional weight compared to similar sized knives.

Far better Quality than expected !
I bought this Sovereign Nation Kukri at a budget price ($30) bucks- and was expecting a "poor fit" or poor finish, or a less than quality finish of the leather (stacked leather) handle. All of these are excellent quality. even the sheath is of rugged (good looking) leather. One draw back might be the hardness of the metal. This is a little "softer" of steel than many "$100" knives. No complaints here tho' I immediately sharpened this and stropped it to shaving sharp. This might be a little "heavy" in overall weight for some Kukri fans, but no complaints here. I highly recommend this for a "rugged use" knife. You may have to re-touch the edge after use. This is still much better in metal quality than early "gun show" purchases. The sharpness was average for factory edge. The photo shown is after sharpening and stropping. (note the size of the handle in my large hand)
