A great lunchbox
I love using this for both my 3 year old and 6 year old children. The compartments works well to separate the foods and it it COMPLETELY leakproof! We pack it up the night before, and can quickly place it in a backpack for easy morning work. Highly recommended.

Overall a good read, but some unnecessary chapters, too!
There was some helpful information in this book, but there was also a lot of things that did not pertain to me. For example, I'm a woman who is looking to lose weight. However, there was a chapter on sexual and erotic stimulation. Lol, I don't need any help in that department, and think it is strange to include such things in this book. However, there were many great tips about food and exercise, so I think it's a good (but long!) read.
