Absolutely recommend this book whether you need to lose 5 pounds or 100
After years of weighing the same, no matter how hard I tried, I came across The Belly Fat Cure. I had no idea that sugar was the culprit for that 5 pounds of belly blubber! By reading the sugar content in specific food items I was able to easily and quickly drop 5 pounds of belly fat. The book spells out how much sugar is in all the typical items a person eats, and is a quick and easy reference. Absolutely recommend this book to everyone. No wonder people are overweight - sugar is simply in everything - knowledge is power!

Matchbox Jeep
I am making a diorama for an office retirement party, re-enacting an incident the retiree had with his company Jeep which was pretty funny. I drove to a few stores, couldn't locate one, and then just went on eBay. Found it right away, good price, ordered it, and it came promptly. No issues, and the diorama is true to the event now!
