Toggle latch.
These are not heavy duty, more moderate duty but a good buy just the same.
They will take a 1/8 rivet but nothing larger in diameter.
They also have a locking mechanism on the latch which keeps them secure.

window screen corner key
It's a piece of plastic.
Way too expensive, and even when I gave the exact measurements for the key I required they sold me the wrong one.

This is a nice unit, time delay can be changed by adding a resistor and an LDR can also be added.
