Better brand
Of the cheap Chinese adapters, the K&F Concept ones seem to be of consistently better build quality. I'm replacing a rainbow imaging brand one with this one. The other was just a bit loose. This one is solid.

Leaky Spout
Nice design and convenient size. However, the can leaks where the spout screws onto the body. This can be a problem if there is fertilizer in the water. I was able to stop the leak by wrapping several layers of teflon tape around the screw threads, but don't feel I should be expected to repair a new item in order to make it work correctly.

Good option
It was hard to choose b/t the various options of lens hood / lens cap for the salp1650 lens based on the photos and descriptions on ebay. This turned out to be a good choice. It fits well, looks good, does what I wanted, cheap price, good quality. No problems. Recommended.
