It was not ready to use or "fully loaded"
10 of 18 found this helpful This is my second Apple TV2 and when I received it, it was not entirely set up. Had I not known what to expect, and what it should look and work like, it would have been useless to me. In the end I was able to complete the set-up and the necessary downloads and it works for the most part. It shuts down and restarts itself randomly; sometimes during a search, sometimes during a show. But it works and I use it all the time.
