A really-well-thought-out, simple tool which actually works.
9 of 9 found this helpful I and my wife have both done our fair share of ear washouts over the years using professional equipment, and I have the misfortune to need my own ears clearing every few months. Now that I am retired I had considered buying my own irrigation pump, but found this device advertised. It is a stroke of genius; a simple and safe method of directing irrigation water at the peripheries of the eardrum. Well done to the person who designed it! And it really does work.
You need perseverance, as wax can be hard to move even after putting oil in your ear for several days, and I can well imagine that you may sometimes have to stop after ten or fifteen minutes and try again later after some more oil, but you're not likely to do any harm even if you don't succeed.
I have the good fortune of having the right instruments to allow my wife to examine the wax, which does help, but even without that I would be happy using this tool.
The instructions appear to advocate regular irrigation every few days. I really don't think that is wise. The ear produces natural wax as protection, and should be able to clear it most of the time, so it is better not to impede the process unless things have gone wrong.

Excellent skin care product, high price
I've been using this product for some time now, and really miss it when I can't get hold of it.

A first-class smartphone at a third-class price.
1 of 1 found this helpful Here I am, getting a compact phone to replace my old iPhone 5 which is exactly the same size, offers vastly better performance, has much better battery life (though no smartphone is good enough yet), and is exactly what I want, all at a price that compares well with a bottom-of-the-range Chinese phone. I suppose I could ask for an edge-to-edge screen, but I happily read books on it and all the features of my old phone are still here, with more, and much working faster too. What am I missing? The only extra thing the iPhone 6 has is the barometer, the iPhone 7 is slightly waterproof, and the iPhone X offers dual SIMs; all lovely, but coming at a much higher price and a rather larger size. Otherwise I'm happy to stick where I am. This will do me fine for the next 5 or 6 years.
