CD
The CD plays without any problems. The band sounds good, sort of like a young “Kiss”.

No real benefit for someone who is not "fit" to begin with!
1 of 1 found this helpful This video is probably ok for someone who is fit to begin with. I am in the process of losing weight, and not being a "skinny" person, it is virtually impossible for me to achieve these yoga poses, let alone hold them. They do not help me to relax, they only stress me out more, making me realize I have so far to go yet to achieve my goal.

It works as it should, altho the button ...
It works as it should, altho the button to change keys has to be pressed several times before it works. Slightly annoying but it does eventually switch. Otherwise it’s in good shape.
