Useless voice command feature

I haven’t had it long enough to have used all its features in different driving locations and conditions so I won’t speak to those, but my one big complaint is that the voice command feature is essentially useless. It works fine until I say the address and then it becomes hard of hearing and comes back with addresses that aren’t even close to what I said. I’ve tried speaking more slowly, softly, loudly, and in a normal conversational tone but nothing works. If you can’t live without the voice command feature, this unit is not for you.
