Great quality, I'm very happy

Very sturdy with metal parts for hanging or pole mount. Finally did the job on stopping squirrels hogging the feeders. Far cheaper than the Gardman ones.

Excellent replacement for a DC55 also.

This looks like it is a direct replacement for Dyson brush head motor. I used it to replace the motor on a DC55 brush head. The motor is identical but need to switch the plastic end plate(2 screws) and rubber cover, very easy to do. An easy DIY job but needing a few T-star bits down to T8.

Effective but heavy

I needed this long reach trimmer for a number of specific jobs around the garden. I have tried it a few times before writing this review and I have mixed views. The build quality is good, reach is very good and with a 1.3Ah battery it lasted about as long as I could manage to wield the trimmer without my arms falling off. It will certainly do the job for me. The only negative is it's weight. I am no small guy but struggled for any more than short stints. I found the grip and trigger awkward for longer periods of operation. I am saying this without having used any other long reach trimmer, so take my comments as such. Nevertheless I am happy with it and time will ultimately determine whether or not it ends up on ebay as a used item!
