Perfect for Freelander TD4 thermostat mod.

Used for the Freelander TD4 thermostat mod in the top radiator hose, perfect job and engine now gets up to temperature no problem. Google the mod for instructions on how to fit to th Freelander.

Hard to spot the difference from the original

The only thing missing is the BMW part number from the moulding. Same size and shape as the original and same colour/brightness from the LED, I hardly ever use the front fogs so cannot comment on reliability, but at a 3rd of the cost of one from BMW, I am prepared to take the risk.

Does the job

I mainly use this as a hub for Apple Home to control my smart devices and it works perfectly. My grandson occasionally watches Disney+ when he comes to stay and it performs great.
