Have had it for 2 months and have used it many times. I have had several of these in the past and use them in the job I do. I have had good luck with them and have never had one fail except when it was dropped or it got wet. With the work I do that can happen often. I have tried other but this one stands up to the abuse better than any other I have tried.

Do you get what you pay for?
In this case I think you do. I have purchased higher priced name brand door hardware and had it fail. If it works why spend a fortune?
