1 of 1 found this helpful I got my Dyno-Glo delivered to the house Saturday night before Memorial Day. We were having a cookout on Memorial Day and I never used a charcoal smoker before. I put it together on Sunday and did the pre season of it. That is all it took to learn how it heated and on Memorial Day I cooked 6 racks of ribs and they turned out perfect. Great smoker I wish I had bought one years ago. I loved the flavor and it performed better than my electric smoker. It takes a little more work then the electric smoker but in the end well worth the time.
