Not what i expected... Do not waste your money !!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Does not have any efficacy, i took one pill one night,i stay awake whole night,i took second night 2 pills,i stay awake the whole night,slept 1 hour during the day to recover after 2 night which i could not sleep. I tried the 3 night with 3 pills,it keeps you drowsy,but can not sleep at all. My personal experience,is not worth to waste money on this brand,find something better ,that's the reason i can not give more the one star to this so call sleeping pill.
