Biotin Slows the Loss of Hair

I use Biotin on a daily basis and I has helped tremendously in stopping the loss of my hair. This was proven when I ran out of Biotin and within a week, I started losing hair again; I would find more hairs on my clothing. I now make sure to have an extra supply to cover in case this happens again.
