This charging module has all the important fearures, and works very well. It charges relatively fast and can even supply power while charging (can only supply battery voltage, even when charging, which makes it good for voltage sensitive circuits). Over discharge and overcharge cutoff values are set at very tolerable levels for the battery, and do not strain it.

Great micro-size RGB controller with good RF control and great modes.

It's very small and self-contained, the remote range is decent and it has good modes and animations, including static colors and slow fade, as well as speed and brightness control. The controller unit has a good voltage range. The remote is RF, and has a red LED as an indicator of button press. It has more features than expected. Only negative aspect is, it can't come with a battery because of customs rules.

Works as a breakout board.

The board takes power from either USB or raw power pin, and regulates the raw power to 5V. It however does not work as a programmer. There is no USB interface in the ATtiny chip or the board. You can still program the chip with another means and use the board as a breakout. It contains a regulator so it's easy to power and all the pins are present via pin headers, if you choose to solder them on. It also features power LED and another LED tied to pin 5 (high).
