The best travel mug I've had.
This is the forth travel mug by Contigo that I have bought for my wife and myself, two a piece so that there is one in use and one in the dishwasher. On the top shelf at 50 degrees seems to be fine.I I have also bought several as gifts for family and friends and all have only had positive feedback. I have never had a leak from the mug. The only negative thing if it could be called negative is the silicon grip band around the mug can migrate upward after a number of uses by only a few mm.
Also check out their water bottle with the attached cap by way of a silicon strap .I have had it in the car parked in the full sun on a hot day for hours and wanted a drink, the outside of the stainless steel bottle was so hot it was uncomfortable to hold, the water inside still contained ice.

Hard hat with face protection
This hard hat was purchased not for outdoor work but for use while using a 3M polishing belt on a linisher . I recently had a belt joint come apart while in use and instead of just popping open and just laying on the machine like they often do this belt launched with incredible force and struck me over the head. The belt was like a whip it removed skin off the bridge of my nose , my forehead, the top of my bald head and still had enough force to leave a welt on the back of my neck as it whipped over my head. As uncomfortable as that was the really scary part for me was the scratch the trailing edge of the belt put just under my left eye. Had it been in my eye instead of under it, it would have been a significant injury.
This hard hat is made if a plastic material and does not seem to be glass reinforced. The reason I purchased this particular hat was for impact protection . The face shield was a metal mesh not the softer plastic as on many others and I believe that would offer better protection.

Precision Forstener bit set
These Freud Forrstener bits are Austrian made and produce a smooth flat bottomed hole with very little effort. They cut very fast and do not get as hot as other less sophisticated bits.
The only thing I would do with this purchase is spring for the couple of extra dollars for the set in the fitted box. I spent considerable time making a fitted case for this set.
