3 pack seemed complete to me. We use these scissors for home and work. Tough, light, comfortable.

OEM connectivity in Agilent 8453
Deuterium lamps are expensive and there are 2 cost-cutting options-
1) buy used
2) buy from a different supplier
The used lamps from this supplier passed the Diagnostics when placed in service. Compared to a new lamp from a non-Agilent source, the used Agilent lamp returned lower RMS noise values.
Never can know exactly how many hours are on the bulb, or how much longer it will last, so buying a spare is a prudent practice.
