Nutritious!
Mixed with a little OJ, water and crushed ice in blender. It’s good for u but does taste a bit like grass but not terrible. Would use this more often but it’s a small jar for 20 bucks. Can buy a bag of baby carrots a lot cheaper. Good product but a bit pricey.
