Excellent--well acted, moving account of an extremely sad chapter in history.

Very moving mini-series, and frightening when viewed today for the very scary similarities to what is happening in the US right now. A whole generation is growing up not having seen this, and not knowing this history. Watch it, and understand why so many people have said, "Never again".

Great version of a unique film

Love this version of Dune--for someone who has not read the book, it does a much better job of setting up the background and explaining relationships and even certain motivations. Also, I was happy to see that a few of the gross scenes with Baron Harkonnen were left out. I didn't feel that they added anything to the original, and I actually used to speed past them because I found them so unpleasant. This version is much easier to understand and much more enjoyable!
