1999 Honda Accord EX 4 Door with salvage title.
I purchased this 1999 Honda Accord EX 4 Door with a salvage title. It had collision damage to the front end. The car only had 123,000 miles on it and other than the collision damage the car was in excellent conditon. I replace the radiator support, radiator, condensor, both fans, hood, bumper, and both headlights. I painted the front 2/3rds of the car and it looks very nice. The car drives like it only has a few thousand miles one it. No rattles, or tin can sounds. This car is built very well. The V6 engine has so much power and the gas mileage was a pleasant surprise. On a 500 mile interstate trip at 74 mph average speed the V6 only used 1 gallon of gas every 32 miles. It has a 17.12 gallon fuel tank so I was able to travel 500 nonstop miles on a tank of gas. 498 miles on 15.5 gallons of fuel. The interior of the Accord is gray leather and it is in very good condtion with no real sign of wear. The only thing negative I can think of to mention is the transmission shifts a little funny if you are too gentle on the gas. I think the car just needs to be driven and don't worry about the gas mileage. Honda took car of that when they built it. Over all this is a wonderful car. The 1998 to 2002 body style is pleasant to look at and well built.
