Cheesy but good
I’m getting back into step workouts after many years. This is a great workout for beginners or full-figured exercisers. The moves are simple and can easily be adapted to be more/less challenging as needed.
Denise’s “super-excited cheerleader” style is a bit over-the-top, but it’s more amusing than irritating. Overall, I really like this workout and recommend it.
