It is a cheap and light lens-plastic- non solid metal,non ed glass but general good value money.Recomended for beginers(i bought 1 for my daughter with 450d).
Also in this price lens is made in taiwan,thailand etc..no japan
1)Pros:Good image quality when stopped down
2)Cons:Extremely cheaply built,Inconsistent autofocus in low light (most problematic when using large apertures)

Great compass
It is small,not cheap plastic and acc.as tested with my military compass.I rec. it not only for educ. purpose but for camping,map orientation etc.Good,cheap,acc. compass.Recomended.
