  Seller agreed to refund me back shipping cost for 1/2 cameras as I bought 2 cameras and they would be coming in one package. Left me a written note on a scrap piece of paper saying I should’ve ordered differently. I message him back asking if he can do a partial refund and is refusing to refund me back for half of the shipping cost and is ignoring all of my messages.
