Long time collector
2 of 2 found this helpful Autoart is known for it's detailed models and THAT has not changed. They have switched to a composite process instead of the diecast process which is getting slammed by collectors, including myself mainly because of cost. Autoart states the composite is easier and cheaper to produce, but the prices have actually gone up causing collectors to pick and choose what models they can afford. I personally wait for a model that I want instead of impulse buys. Autoart will definitely suffer in the future for their decision.
