I have been involved with cycling since 1975, working in stores in NYC and also Belgium, and owning stores in NYC & Florida. This is now done from home with a focus on high end vintage bikes from the 1960's, 70's and 80's, to which I dedicate the utmost attention for quality assurance. Availability is unpredictable, with some parts more rare than others.
