ARRIVED IN UNUSEABLE CONDITION
This cart arrived requiring some minor assembly. After installing the wheels, I lowered the legs to find they would not lock in place. The receiving hole for the spring locking bolt was not in alingment. I had to get my drill and grind that hole larger so the bolt would fit and lock the support legs. I am sure many buyers would be unable to do this and repacking the cart for return would be nearly impossible. Because of this glaring quality control problem, I can not recommend it to Ebay buyers. That said, ONCE I FIXED IT, I like it . The company did apologize and issued me a partial refund for my trouble.
