100 years ago - fiction about great dogs
If you like dogs - it's great. IF you're looking for great literature, it ain't that. How they thought of dogs 100 years ago - sentimental.

not good
I have an ordinary size nose - the clip is much too tight - immediately painful upon application. Unusable. Not usable, IMHO, for any ordinary adult.

Excellent for everything I've tried, but incompatible with mucomyst (n acetyl l cysteine)
The mesh is made of nickel / palladium, and both of these metals are incompatible with mucomyst (a mucolytic agent). So far (2 weeks), it has an excellent rate of nebulization, and appears (visually) to have a much smaller particle size aerosol than most nebulizers (estimated by seeing how long it takes for aerosol particles to settle). This is good for infants and children, as aerosol penetration should be superior in their smaller airways. I've used it with hypertonic saline, albuterol, and it works faster than other mesh nebulizers I've used. Construction of the cleanable pieces seems high quality - and the manual gives estimated life spans for the unit itself, and each component. Light weight, silent operation. Easy to clean (read the manual carefully). Slightly difficult to assemble the first time - needed a magnifying glass to see how the parts went together - easy enough after the first time.
