So Quiet

Wow, is this computer quiet! You see the power lights on but that's it. Not one sound at boot up or while running. I had to check and see if fan was running,that quiet! Slow to boot up, but after that it is really fast. I'm not a fan of Windows,but after watching youtube I was able to set it up to look like windows 7,also set Chrome as default and Webroot as virus protection. It came with an older windows 10,so the Fall Creation update took 5 hours! Which unknown to me changed the product key! Bottom line it takes time to set this older computer up to your own likes, but after that it works great, for less than $60, I'm a happy camper.

Better Boxes Out There

This MXQ box was just about DOA. Purchased as a refurb item. It would boot up then freeze within 5 minutes, did the usual plug and unplug power,ect. Searched online for a fix,but didn't want to do a factory reset,afraid of wiping out Kodi. I purchased a new xGody brand MXQ .The one that is 4k and has the 64bit chip. It is a little "Buggy" when on the home screen. But Kodi works great. Read the reviews to get a better picture of what you are buying. Because you are not buying a Roku like device,wish they were as easy to use as a Roku,but they are not. There is a learning curve to say the least. Oh,remote is really cheap,get a wireless keyboard.
